Asked for a quote on my outer tie rod arms. Received a much better quote than what I had received before. Scheduled on a Wednesday for the following day at 11. They had a delay with the part (probably because I scheduled so late the day before. Communicated with me until my mechanic arrived. He fixed the part in under an hour. My car is totally fine and runs great. Will be returning for the next few things I need done.
