Kivan was very helpful, pleasant and patient. The mechanic, Robert, was fantastic. I was nervous at first using a mobile mechanic; however, Kivan made sure I received the quoted service & followed up to let me know the eta of the mechanic. It turns out it was not the new alternator, but a faulty part from a different business. Robery even talked to the store manager at the other business and told him that it was their faulty part and provided me with a recording. I will use Instant Car Fix again!
