Awesome service. Very prompt & great communication! I am in Anchorage, AK! Got an oil change and white smoke was coming out of the tailpipe. They were able to send someone out for a diagnostic the next morning! It cost me $175, I appreciate the mobile service as I did not want to drive my car and potentially have it breakdown on me. No serious issues but I appreciate how accessible, reliable, & honest our mechanic was!

I got a quote for my BMW 3281 oil valve gasket replacement online and the quote was lower than the usual mechanic I use. They showed up at my house within a few days and had all the tools and parts necessary. The mechanic used to work at the BMW dealership. He did a great job and was organized and kept everything clean. He also did the job in shorter time than originally expected and was able to save the valve cover even though he thought it might break when he removed it because it was so sealed on there. I was very impressed and will use them again.

I had to get expedited service on the 4th no less and even though the tire was not repairable, the wonderful service tech stayed for about 20 mins until I could meet him to access my spare which he installed for me. I admit I was hesitant at first, but i needed new brake pads and didn't feel like driving to my mechanic out of worry of making them worse. But sure enough, someone came out (sorry I didn't get the name!), fixed the pads, gave some good advice, and no other fees..all in 45 minutes! I highly recommend this service, especially if you're in a time crunch.
