This was actually so much better than going to a repair shop because you can be right there and get your questions answered. The only time I am allowed in the shop is when they bring you back to show you what they pulled, and you have to take their word that it was bad and that all the repairs were necessary. I was looking for a place where I could get a maintenance done for less money and preferably mobile where they would come to me. This was the place that I chose and through a series of messages with their website assistant, I was able to get scheduled for same day service. The mechanic came, was very knowledgeable and took care of business in a hurry. What would have taken probably 2-2.5 hours at the dealership, was done in an hour by them coming to me. I recommend you giving this company a try.
