I was out of town, in a pinch, and all of the other shops had been booked up. Instant Car Fix gave me a quick call back with a plan of action and quote. I put the car in a nice quiet place and they saved me. I was able to meet my deadline and get back on the road for my next appointment in Pennsylvania that night. The water pump went bad on our car, found instant car fix. Easy to schedule a repair and had it replaced on a Sunday and didn’t have to tow the vehicle or wait for the slow repair shops. My experience has been OUTSTANDING. Our BMW X3 needed a battery replacement. The Instant Car Fix mechanic came to our home, replaced the battery on the driveway, took pictures that he did work on this, and left. The mechanic was knowledgeable and courteous.
The mechanic who came to fix my car was fantastic. He was polite, respectful, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained the problem in simple terms and worked quickly to get everything fixed. I’m very happy with the service.
Mr Andre, come in a timely fashion. Checked out my car. Test drove it to make sure what sound he heard was sufficient. Talk everything over with me. And I appreciated everything he did. Next call I would highly recommend Mr Andre to be my mechanic on hand. Thank you.
Great experience. Car was serviced without having to leave home, wait in the lounge; all done while I continue to live, work and do what I need to be doing. Tech was courteous and explained what was being done. Car is “back” in order. Not quite magic, but it might as well be.
Very friendly with excellent communication skills!! They got back to me almost right away with a quote and I was able to schedule the repair for the following morning, which was very helpful for someone like me who depends on their truck for work. Will definitely use them again!!
Instant Car Fix did an amazing job with my repair. The mechanic arrived on time, checked the issue thoroughly, and explained the steps he was going to take. He worked steadily and carefully, and I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. The best part was the convenience of having the repair done at home without needing a tow truck. This service saved me a lot of time and hassle. Definitely recommended
