My appointment was between 11-3. The mechanic pfulled up a few minutes before 3. His name was Derrick he was very nice and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid nothing more. But I wasn't sure if they were going to send a mechanic because they needed me to upload a valid photo id to a link they sent me. It never would upload when I clicked on the upload button. A few hours before 3 I finally was able to get a rep on the phone who had me text the copy to her and she was able to upload it to their link. I was very satisfied with their service and if needed will use them again. I highly recommend this company.

Jose' was very professional, Knowledgeable and nice! He put in a new starter in my car and it is fixed and running. Great service! Easy to navigate the website and place and order for what you need and also pick your own date and time for the mechanic to come. I will definitely use them again!

Wayne Jackson provided top notch professional work and is a good mechanic! He reassembled engine and also reinstalled the timing chain to Ford Mustang GT Manual Drive and did NOT WASTE TIME! He didn’t rush either and answered my questions with exact direct answers which provided me more confidence in this process! This is my first time using Instant Car Fix and I had great experience. Lower radiator hose on my Honda pilot gave up and I lost all the coolant. I scheduled an appointment the same day and Mike and his co-worker came around 6pm. They both worked hard and completed the job successfully and that too during a very cold and windy evening. I am satisfied at the professionalism and quality of work. I will definitely use their service again.
