Great experience today. Heard a squealing sound while driving to work this morning. Popped the hood and saw that the belt was slipping off. Forgot to call someone until 4pm came around. Thankfully they agreed to send someone out right away. Easy, fast and clear communication! Sooo grateful that they were able to send someone out to my work and fix it right in the parking lot. I cannot recommend this place enough! Especially as a female! Not only was I treated with respect, the mechanic spent time with me to explain things! He went, what I would consider, above and beyond!!! I would use this guy as my mechanic for the rest of my life! If somebody could contact me so that I can give him a tip I would greatly appreciate it I'm going to try to get in touch with them right now. Thx again. I’d give it a 4.5. The mechanic Manny gets a 5 star. He did an awesome job, quick, respectful, and easy guy to work with. Knew exactly what I wanted to do with the parts I purchased. The company themselves are a 4.5 only because they sent manny 2.5 hours away from his appointments and the time slots for availability weren’t in the window. So manny got here after 1 hour after the window I chose. When he told me what happened it sounded right because the company themselves said they only know he was on the way and everything is automated. Regardless, I’d use them again.

Overall, a five-star experience! The paint job was flawless, and the repairs were done precisely. The group was amiable, productive, and very talented. My automobile has never looked better. This store is deserving of all the accolades!

My technician, Sergio, arrived right on time and I got a heads-up email when the ETA was a little over half an hour, as promised in the confirmation email I got when setting up the service call the day before. Sergio and his helper were fast, friendly, and professional, and the invoice I received by email shortly after the work was completed thoroughly documented the work, including photos of readings and measurements showing the expected results. And the expense was pretty reasonable, well worth it given this level of service. Would definitely use these folks again.
