The overall process (from putting an order online to getting everything fixed) is very easy and customer friendly. I had an issue with my car - it did not start one morning, and I had no one to ask around for help. The tech guy arrived right on time that I picked and quickly found what the problem was. Jeff was the mechanic who arrived to fix the steering lever bushing. He was very pleasant to work with. He explained and presented the issues he found which assured me that the problem that I suspected was the actual issue which kept me informed. He explaned the process and then fixed the problem. I had called other mobile repair services but none would follow up. Glad that I called Instant Car Fix. After booking the service I was a little concerned, the customer service was excellent and Jeff was outstanding. This call saved me a tow fee.
