He was able to pinpoint the battery drain and fix the problem within the two to three hours we discussed. My hybride car battery was dead after back from the two weeks vacation. Originally I was help by my neighbor’s car to jump start my car. I saw my info center screen flashing couple times eventually turn blank and the battery stop charging and looks dead. I was completely lost what’s going on and worried other potential issues…! Replaced brake pads and rotors on my 2013 Chevy Equinox. I am traveling to attend a wedding in Virginia and drove from Chicago. Having car problem in Northern Virginia where I don’t know anyone. RJ was very friendly and helped me fix my car promptly with very reasonable price. Mechanic came to my hotel and changed the brake pads and rotors on my rear wheels. I’m terrible with names so I can’t remember who it was, it I just had someone out here fixing my husbands car. He was able to confirm the battery was bad, and managed to fix it. Over the four other mechanics I tried to get a hold of, this is the only place that actually answered and took care of the issue. Will use again if one of the cars fails to start
