My experience was long but amazing….My alternator on my 2012 Toyota Tundra died on me while leaving Savannah Ga three hours away from home. I was stranded at a Gas Station off Interstate 16. No one could help me so I called Instant Car Fix and yes I had to wait for the mechanic. Still, I have never seen a mechanic change an alternator in a difficult position with such professionalism, and he assured me he would have me back on the road and home with no problems. He delivered….If you are ever in need of a great professional mechanic ask for Mr. SHAY NORTHCUTT and your worries are over….This man is a true professional and honest. Thank You Mr. Northcutt.
I had some issues over about a week with my car not starting. I had taken it to two places and the issue was not resolved. So I figured out that it was the starter . When I went out to start the car on a Saturday night , it would not start. I scheduled the mechanic for Sunday Morning 11 am - 3 pm and Instant Car Fix was in touch with me and the mechanic at 9 am . He arrived about 10:45 am and installed the starter quickly. He made sure the car started 3 times. I was a little stressed and tired of dealing with my issue although it is a very old car so not surprising. The local mechanics did not do a thorough job or diagnose all of the issues. Instant Car Fix repaired my vehicle and I am able to go to work now tomorrow which is a long commute.
Got his work done quickly and efficiently even though we had some hiccups he stuck through it till the end. Great mechanic great man.

Great service! I would definitely use them again if I ever find I need a dead battery replaced with no way to get to a shop except having it towed in. Love that they come directly to your house!
