I have never used a mobile mechanic before. Tom was amazing! He drove two hours to get to me and sat and heard my sob story and made sure I was good to go. I got a quote for my BMW 3281 oil valve gasket replacement online and the quote was lower than the usual mechanic I use. They showed up at my house within a few days and had all the tools and parts necessary. The mechanic used to work at the BMW dealership. He did a great job and was organized and kept everything clean. He also did the job in shorter time than originally expected and was able to save the valve cover even though he thought it might break when he removed it because it was so sealed on there. I was very impressed and will use them again.

Great experience today. Heard a squealing sound while driving to work this morning. Popped the hood and saw that the belt was slipping off. Forgot to call someone until 4pm came around. Thankfully they agreed to send someone out right away. Easy, fast and clear communication! Sooo grateful that they were able to send someone out to my work and fix it right in the parking lot.
