Great experience with Instant Car Fix office and Mechanic. Mechanic was very thorough and explained in details the work he will be performing, he did a great job for 40k service on my car. Dealer quality service in my own driveway for less than dealership cost.
I was super skeptical about this at first as it seemed a bit too good to be true - as in, I don’t have to deal with the headache of dropping my car to the garage, wait for hours and not know when the car will be ready? Turns out, using Instant Car Fix really was pain free. Pricing was clear upfront, the mechanic came on time and all occurred while I was at home. Highly recommended and will definitely use again

He inspected my car carefully and explained the issue in simple terms. The repair was done with attention to detail, and he made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. Found Instant Car Fix on a Saturday afternoon after fighting with an oil cooler replacement on my Grand Cherokee. I was shocked to see the had a mechanic available to come out the next morning so booked the appointment for Sunday morning. Mechanic arrived promptly at the designated time and got right to work after going through what I had already done to the vehicle. Needless to say he had the defective part off the car in no time. Once he had the new part reinstalled and everything else put back together we too k the vehicle for a test drive to make sure everything was operating normally. After returning he checked the fluid levels which he recommended adjusting and offered to address, as some were lost during the repair. I declined and said I would address myself. I was very happy with the communication the mechanic provided during the repair and would highly recommend Instant Car Fix. Their pricing was excellent, they showed up on time, and were friendly and knowledgeable.
I am so grateful for this company and their fabulous staff and excellent customer service. I will give them 1 million stars. I will definitely call and hire them again. The mechanic was absolutely stellar. He diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed the problem with confidence, and took the time to walk me through exactly what he did. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I understood the repair. His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free. Option 2 — More casual and personal This mechanic was awesome. Not only did he fix the problem, he actually took the time to explain what went wrong and how he solved it. You don’t get that kind of patience or honesty from everyone. He knew what he was doing, worked efficiently, and made sure I felt comfortable with the repair before he left. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had with a mechanic.
This is probably the most honest shop I ever came to in my lifetime. The mechanic check car out and job was 1200 dollar job the mechanic realized that job that was needed was on recall for my car at the dealership so instead of doing job taking my money he guided me to exact shop to get job done for free. This is a well trusted integrity carshop

They sent a mechanic the same day who quickly figured out the issue and fixed it on the spot. He was professional and very respectful. Great work! I'm not able to leave my home during the day due to working from home...so I needed a mechanic who can come to me...The mechanic they sent was fantastic (his name was Steven)...he drove in from Pennsylvania on short notice to make sure my brake pads were fixed before I left on my trip. I am very happy with the responsiveness, but also the quality of the Steven.
