I can’t say enough about this company especially if you have NO ONE to help you even get to a mechanic shop. I was recently in the hospital and my battery died in my car. Thank goodness I found Instant car fix because they were a life saver. Not only was the mechanic Amari not fantastic, but he even came on time. He changed my battery and was so professional while doing his job. I liked his work so much I’m having him come out next week to do my tuneup because unfortunately my spark plugs need to be changed and I am years overdue which is also why my car is still struggling to turn over. The mechanic named Dan/Danny or sounds like it because my husband is the one who talked with him is very professional with his job He really knows the detailes and we can highly recommend him to anyone. We really love the service because they will really help you in any way that they can!
Greg Mechanic showed up on time got straight to work. He did the job and did it well he double checked his work and walked me through what he did and explained everything very well. He’s a great mechanic very nice and respectful to me and my truck. He got the job done in a good timely manner. Easy to talk to all around great guy. I would definitely call on him again if i ever need another mechanic. Everything seems to be working great even got my cleaning exhaust filter working somehow and It’s the first time i have seen that notification show up and I have had the truck for about a year. He even gave me a few tips on how to keep my injectors clean of soot and how to keep them spraying evenly. Thank you man. GREAT WORK!!!
Wonderful service- I would highly recommend!!! Our Honda’s starter went out on us on a Sunday. After it proved too much for us to self fix, I posted a project on Yelp- I’m so glad Instant Car Fix reached out. With a few communications back and forth we had everything lined up for servicing Monday. There was great day-of communication as well, which was helpful as my car was not close to home. The service tech was very nice and when we discovered that we (the owners) had bought the wrong replacement part, Instant Car Fix was able to source and get the right one to complete the service same day. Completely happy with communication, prices and convenience.
I was not aware of the ability to have a trained professional mechanic come to our home to repair the brakes on our car. I found InstantCarFix from a Google search and was surprised when they provided a quote that was at least $150.00 less than a local auto repair shop. InstantCarFix arrived in the time they quoted and got right to work replacing the front brakes on my 2011 Toyota Camry. The technician saved me at least $200 by letting me know I did not need to replace some parts at this time. When finished all the squeaks and groans I was having were gone and the brakes were like new.
I have never used a mobile mechanic before. Tom was amazing! He drove two hours to get to me and sat and heard my sob story and made sure I was good to go. He did a wonderful job making sure my car was ready to be on the road and that I was comfortable . He was very knowledgable and professional! I would highly recommend him!
Instant Car Fix is the future of car repair. I booked an appointment online, and a mechanic was at my door the next morning. He was professional and efficient, and he made sure the repair was done right the first time. I’ll definitely be using this service again.
I had a lovely experience with Instant Car Fix! They got me scheduled within a couple hours and actually came the night before at 9:00 to get it done! Estimate was 2 hours but Justin got my car fixed in just over 1!! Excellent service and customer care, will definitely be contacting them again on my next problem!
Hired them via recommendation from few friends. They helped me fix coolant issue for which the dealership charged me several thousand dollars. Very honest and upfront on the cost and estimates. They even went above and beyond to get the work done asap. Highly recommend them
