I had an issue with my car starting even after jumping it. Sergio came and was able to diagnose the issue and even get the starter to work as a temporary fix enough to get my car moved. The price they quoted me to fix it was very fair for the part and labor even when compared to an auto store or elsewhere though I ended up trying to fix it myself. I also really appreciated how helpful the person on the phone was who gave me advice and scheduled us. All of this ended up being a better deal then towing my car to a shop. I haven't always had the best of luck with mechanics, but I am glad I was able to find these guys and would absolutely recommend them.

I was kinda of nervous initially with a mobile mechanic, however all my worries became non existent. The entire process is seamless , from the service reps who follow up with you after scheduling online to mechanic arriving to your location. The fact that any work can be done from your home is a plus . My truck was stalling while idling , I replaced the part that was causing the issue , I explained to the mechanic once he arrived that I recently replaced the throttle body . During the diagnosis he programmed the throttle to my truck and waited awhile ,after to ensure that was the fix to the issue. Once that was we resolved I was advised that I may need a few minor fixes in the future but overall I was good to go . The Mechanic Kalem they sent was very knowledgeable and fast. Upon arrival he checked to confirm that it was indeed an alternator replacement that was needed. Had it switched out in no time. Even checked my fluids and helped me get battery jumped off before leaving. I paid same amount I would had taking it to shop minus tow fees and only 25 extra going to get alternator myself. Well worth it. Will definitely use services again if needed.
