The Mechanic Kalem they sent was very knowledgeable and fast. Upon arrival he checked to confirm that it was indeed an alternator replacement that was needed. Had it switched out in no time. Even checked my fluids and helped me get battery jumped off before leaving. I paid same amount I would had taking it to shop minus tow fees and only 25 extra going to get alternator myself. Well worth it. Will definitely use services again if needed.

I highly recommend this service. T.J., our mechanic was on time, courteous, prepared, and knew exactly what to do. This was actually so much better than going to a repair shop because you can be right there and get your questions answered. The only time I am allowed in the shop is when they bring you back to show you what they pulled, and you have to take their word that it was bad and that all the repairs were necessary. I was pleasantly surprised by the how easy they made the process my car needed q new starter and they came out that day diagnosed the problem and even try to fix it that very day instead the next morning they were waiting to fix it as soon as I got up my car is running I didn't have to pay for a tow and both mechanics I met were very nice they always stayed in touch with me as I was waiting even the girls so far as to respond well into the night promptly I would most definitely recommend trying them out it cost the same if not less than taking it somewhere and the results are even better
