My car was in urgent need of front break pads and rotors changed and they came first thing in the morning (almost two hours before their actual opening hours) to my house and serviced my car. I scheduled brake service after my dealer said I would need to do it. I assumed that the rear brakes are what required service. When the technician came he checked the brakes and told me the rear brakes were as good as new. They serviced the front brakes on another appointment.
