It was absolutely fantastic technician (Alex) was very informative and professional while speaking to my wife and myself on the repair that was being done. The thorough follow up and communication was on point by the service manager (Gary) there was no work done without approval. All parts are there for your viewing. And less expensive than the dealer! Instant Car Fix did a great job. They had to order a part from the dealership but kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. Manny came to my house on a Sunday and very quickly and efficiently fixed my headlight problem and installed a new wiper reservoir. They are not cheap but not too expensive for the services and the convenience they offer. I would definitely recommend them if like me, you can’t afford the time to locate a mechanic shop and leave your car for days to be repaired. Update: This company pretty much sucks when it . to pricing, timing, detail and response if a problem comes up after payment. Please take the time to read all of the reviews before hiring ICFix.

This is the first time I have used a mobile mechanic service and I was very happy with Instant Car Fix. The mechanic, Jeremy, was great. He identified the problem, acquired the appropriate parts and was back the next day to install them. I was also happy with the online Customer Service representative that I dealt with.
