Needed a complete brake job. There were obstacles along the way, but they kept me informed. Bringing me in to the shop to show and explain everything that was happening. My appointment was between 11-3. The mechanic pfulled up a few minutes before 3. His name was Derrick he was very nice and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid nothing more. But I wasn't sure if they were going to send a mechanic because they needed me to upload a valid photo id to a link they sent me. It never would upload when I clicked on the upload button. A few hours before 3 I finally was able to get a rep on the phone who had me text the copy to her and she was able to upload it to their link. I was very satisfied with their service and if needed will use them again. I highly recommend this company.

My experience was great. Sergio not only arrived the same day I booked-he did a great job bc he pointed out another issue and didn't push to service, just inform. Who needs a shop mechanic? Not me. I will stick with Instant Car Fix-5 stars.
