This is the first time I have used a mobile mechanic service and I was very happy with Instant Car Fix. The mechanic, Jeremy, was great. He identified the problem, acquired the appropriate parts and was back the next day to install them. I was also happy with the online Customer Service representative that I dealt with. All in all, a great experience and I will definitely be using them again.

First time using this service and it worked out great. The only issue I had was the time scheduled. Scheduled for 11 to 3 pm and mechanic showed up at 530pm. He was a bit behind schedule and I was getting a bit nervous, but once he arrived, he knocked out the job super quick and I'm back on the road again. Would use again if I need to. I am beyond impressed with this service! My back passenger door was a bit warped and had some nasty scratches after hitting up against a parking garage barrier. Other body shops I contacted told me I'd need a $2,000 door replacement and 5-7 days in the shop - Instant Car Fix offered to help at my place of residence for a fraction of the cost! Jake, Tony and team kept me updated about their progress via text and arrived prepared with all supplies needed. They were very friendly and humble. After about 2 hours, the car looked like nothing had even happened - even more impressive, they did all the work while it remained parked between 2 other cars at my apartment complex! I will definitely consider using their services again- though hopefully not for another accident :) They told me they also do routine maintenance so will keep their card on file!

This service is perfect for busy people. I didn’t have to take time off work or sit in a waiting room. The mechanic came right to my house, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it without any issues. He was polite and professional the entire time. My car now runs perfectly, and the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the mechanic instant car fix sent to my house. I could not figure out my no start issue , I called a different mobile mech service and he came twice and could not start my car and told me to tow it to the dealership. Called you guys and he had it running 1 hour after arriving and explained it to me. Great service
