The technician, Sergio, came during the service window and worked quickly on my car. Unlike other places, he communicated frequently with me to tell me what was wrong with my car. He demonstrated the problem and then showed me pictures and videos. He said his english wasn't that good (not a problem at all!), so he even got his boss to call me to explain everything. I live in another state, so I sent them to visit a cargo van I was interested in near DC. I was told by the seller the transmission had a "kick", so I asked them to pay close attention to it. The mechanic they sent, Lee, did a full inspection and took the extra time to give me a call and walk me through his observations on the overall condition of the vehicle, including the engine and the transmission, and the work that I'll likely have to put into it.
