Back in July my car was hit and the person left, so the day I took the car to the body shop the check engine light came on. and I thought who ever hit my car might have dislodged the fuel pump. So the bodyshop gave me a code and it was the Purge value. I used Instant car fix before for an Oil change and air filter, and the mechanic did a great job and I was happy with the service, I can say the same for the job the Mechanic did on Saturday July 31st, who showed up and worked on my car. Excellant work and I drove the car and everything is working great, when I hit the gas the car regained more power and it drives smoothly before I knew the purge value had started to fail. When I had to fill my tank and go start the car it wouldn't start right away, Today I filled my tank and my car started right up with no problems. Excellant service, and always an excellant experince. Thank you instant car fix for providing such a great service.

He explained the repair step by step and made sure I was comfortable before starting. The repair was completed efficiently and tested thoroughly. It was a huge relief not having to visit a shop or arrange transportation. Overall, a very professional and reliable experience.

He went, what I would consider, above and beyond!!! I would use this guy as my mechanic for the rest of my life! This five star review is for the mechanic, Justin, who came out to fix my truck and an additional car. He was really amazing. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He completed the job quickly with no hassle. I would recomend his services to anyone. He absolutely knows what he is doing. If it wasn't for Justin, I would have given this review a one or two stars. The process of making an appointment was frustrating with a lot of hoops. The initial representative was rushed and placed the order before I could finish telling him that I had two vehicles that needed work. This led to some mix ups and they ended up trying to send two mechanics instead of just one. I even emailed screenshots of my order which had both cars listed and they still tried to send two mechanics.
I had a great experience with the company! The mechanic was so patient and really took the time to explain what needed to be fixed. He even went out of his way to share how the other mechanic had taken advantage of me. I really appreciated his honesty and support!
I am beyond impressed with this service! My back passenger door was a bit warped and had some nasty scratches after hitting up against a parking garage barrier. Other body shops I contacted told me I'd need a $2,000 door replacement and 5-7 days in the shop - Instant Car Fix offered to help at my place of residence for a fraction of the cost! Jake, Tony and team kept me updated about their progress via text and arrived prepared with all supplies needed. They were very friendly and humble. After about 2 hours, the car looked like nothing had even happened - even more impressive, they did all the work while it remained parked between 2 other cars at my apartment complex! I will definitely consider using their services again- though hopefully not for another accident :) They told me they also do routine maintenance so will keep their card on file!
I needed to alter my service request for my vehicle repair. The original issue was no longer apparent. I spoke with Isaac and we were able to switch the original request to another needed service for my vehicle. In the end, I was happy and instant car fix was still able to perform their service for me.
This is by far and away the best experience I’ve had with any mechanic. They arrived early, got the job done fast and even explained what they were doing so I could get a better understanding of my vehicle. Not to mention the fact that they were lower in cost than the quotes I received from other companies. The service and convenience just can’t be beat.
