I had an excellent experience with Instant Car Fix. The mechanic arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the repair plan. The work was done carefully, and he even gave helpful advice for maintaining my car. The convenience of mobile service is unbeatable. I’m really impressed and will definitely use them again.
I’m very satisfied with the service I received. The mechanic arrived prepared and took his time diagnosing the problem instead of guessing. He explained the repair step by step and made sure I was comfortable before starting. The repair was completed efficiently and tested thoroughly. It was a huge relief not having to visit a shop or arrange transportation. Overall, a very professional and reliable experience.
Driver showed up during time window…once arrived he explained the whole process and took pictures along the way. Once the job was complete he mentioned the details of the completed work and showed me the like new wheel rim. The quality was excellent and it was a fair price. I would use the service again and recommend their work to others.
I booked this service with less than 24 hours notice, and true to their promise, they delivered with no delay. I live in another state, so I sent them to visit a cargo van I was interested in near DC. I was told by the seller the transmission had a "kick", so I asked them to pay close attention to it. The mechanic they sent, Lee, did a full inspection and took the extra time to give me a call and walk me through his observations on the overall condition of the vehicle, including the engine and the transmission, and the work that I'll likely have to put into it. They gave me enough info to negotiate with the seller and not overpay for the van. Would use them again 100%.
Fantastic service! First time using the service and will use it again. Aaron was respectful and on time. Living in a rural area makes services like this hard. If I drove to get it checked out, I could have caused more damage and cost. Absolutely a life and wallet saver.
The good thing is that you can easily have a chat with them on Yelp and get a quote. Then you can book an appointment online. So everything is really smooth and you know the process, time, and price in advance. The mobile mechanic came to my place and did the job as it should.
I was a little skeptical at first. You guys charged my account before the work was started and completed. Sergio arrived and completed one side very quickly. My wife why you didn’t do it yourself, because I don’t know what I am doing. Sergio just completed half the work. Sergio explained to me that my vehicle requires additional repairs, and showed me the condition of my old part. I am completely satisfied with the repair.
These guys are amazing I booked an appointment with them for a different date, but they texted me saying we have the parts and can come over the same day in the evening and can do the service. They are that fast and reliable service I ever seen. The mechanic who came over for the service is real good, I feel bad about not have the space he need to do the service as I don’t have the drive way so need to park in parking spaces which I have. But the mechanic took the challenge and did it anyway, sorry guys.

The company kept me updated as to when the mechanic would arrive to perform the diagnostics and informed me of the cost. The mechanic arrived promptly and completed his inspection and diagnosis of the issue, to include showing me what the issue was and explaining what would need to happen to resolve it. The company then sent me an estimate for repair costs along with the typical cost it would take at a regular repair shop. The cost was less expensive with the mobile mechanic. Within one day of placing the order, the parts were available and the mechanic arrived ahead of schedule to replace them. It took two hours and I was quite impressed the mechanic was able to replace the A/C Compressor and the serpentine belt while it was parked in the housing parking lot with another car next to it! Once the mechanic was finished, I was notified promptly and shown the replaced parts and even tested the car by turning it on and went for a test drive. Everything worked perfectly! I highly recommend this mobile mechanic!
