The thorough follow up and communication was on point by the service manager (Gary) there was no work done without approval. All parts are there for your viewing. And less expensive than the dealer! The Mechanic Kalem they sent was very knowledgeable and fast. Upon arrival he checked to confirm that it was indeed an alternator replacement that was needed. Had it switched out in no time. Even checked my fluids and helped me get battery jumped off before leaving. I paid same amount I would had taking it to shop minus tow fees and only 25 extra going to get alternator myself. Well worth it. Will definitely use services again if needed.
The tech who came out was personable and professional. He went above and beyond in diagnosing and repairing the issue with our truck. In fact, he found a problem within a few moments that had been missed by another mechanic. We really appreciate the great work he did, plus it was on a Saturday night.
