The mechanic check car out and job was 1200 dollar job the mechanic realized that job that was needed was on recall for my car at the dealership so instead of doing job taking my money he guided me to exact shop to get job done for free. Found Instant Car Fix on a Saturday afternoon after fighting with an oil cooler replacement on my Grand Cherokee. I was shocked to see the had a mechanic available to come out the next morning so booked the appointment for Sunday morning. Mechanic arrived promptly at the designated time and got right to work after going through what I had already done to the vehicle. Needless to say he had the defective part off the car in no time. Once he had the new part reinstalled and everything else put back together we too k the vehicle for a test drive to make sure everything was operating normally. After returning he checked the fluid levels which he recommended adjusting and offered to address, as some were lost during the repair. I declined and said I would address myself. I was very happy with the communication the mechanic provided during the repair and would highly recommend Instant Car Fix. Their pricing was excellent, they showed up on time, and were friendly and knowledgeable.

He talked me through the problem and gave honest, clear explanations. The repair was done carefully, and he double-checked everything before leaving. Wonderful service- I would highly recommend!!! Our Honda’s starter went out on us on a Sunday. After it proved too much for us to self fix, I posted a project on Yelp- I’m so glad Instant Car Fix reached out. With a few communications back and forth we had everything lined up for servicing Monday. There was great day-of communication as well, which was helpful as my car was not close to home. The service tech was very nice and when we discovered that we (the owners) had bought the wrong replacement part, Instant Car Fix was able to source and get the right one to complete the service same day. Completely happy with communication, prices and convenience.
Incredible service! They came at the beginning of the time frame given. Stayed for maybe 15 minutes. Found out that we need the fuel pump replaced and let us know that there is a recall out for that part. We’re getting it fixed for free at the dealership! These guys are awesome

First time using this service and it worked out great. The only issue I had was the time scheduled. Scheduled for 11 to 3 pm and mechanic showed up at 530pm. He was a bit behind schedule and I was getting a bit nervous, but once he arrived, he knocked out the job super quick and I'm back on the road again. Would use again if I need to. Thank you for the service.
