The initial representative was rushed and placed the order before I could finish telling him that I had two vehicles that needed work. This led to some mix ups and they ended up trying to send two mechanics instead of just one. I even emailed screenshots of my order which had both cars listed and they still tried to send two mechanics.
The overall process (from putting an order online to getting everything fixed) is very easy and customer friendly. But everything was straightforward it is expensive but, they get the job done in a timely manner.
