Usually my max is 4 stars but I am impressed with the fact that all the work was done right outside my apartment. It took time but I have an Audi. Special work was needed. The mechanic got it done. Sergio was punctual, polite, and obviously experienced. He showed me the new parts to make sure it was what I ordered, and he showed me his tools and diagnostic equipment to assure me he was fully prepared for whatever was needed for my job. He went right to work and was very organized and fast. He showed me the old parts and allowed me to test drive it before he left. If I ever need another mobile service, I will be requesting Sergio!
