I had to get expedited service on the 4th no less and even though the tire was not repairable, the wonderful service tech stayed for about 20 mins until I could meet him to access my spare which he installed for me. Calim (spelljng?) Was great. Very curious and explained the process as he worked on the car. Described different things that could be the issue and started with the minor issues first. The car cranked finally after not being able to. He advised there may be some other issues to tend to once we were ready for him to fix those we can book through instant fix again and he will work on those issues as well. Pleased with the overall services and will use instant car fix again in the future.

I was, first of all, happy to find a place that does work at your house this far out of the city -- saving me days of having no car because it would be at the shop. Secondly, I was happy they allow you to get work done TODAY if you really need it, for a small added fee. Thirdly, the guy they sent, Sergio, did a great job, and explained many details. I was glad too, because this transmission needed a new filter and proper OEM fluid....I had the wrong fluid in (red/pink) and it probably was not doing this high-mileage Cherokee any good. I highly recommend these folks: Isaac who helped with the online scheduling via the phone; and Sergio, for the professional job he did. Instant Car Fix is a much-needed service for anyone in the area and the whole system is easy/quick to do online. Lastly, they do anything & everything for cars and trucks -- not just brakes, shocks & oil changes.....I highly recommend!

Replaced brake pads and rotors on my 2013 Chevy Equinox. I am traveling to attend a wedding in Virginia and drove from Chicago. Having car problem in Northern Virginia where I don’t know anyone. RJ was very friendly and helped me fix my car promptly with very reasonable price. Mechanic came to my hotel and changed the brake pads and rotors on my rear wheels. This was very convenient and so easy. Thanks for the help.
