Called them and set up the appointment at 8:30,by 10:30 they had sent someone out to fix my tires. He was nice,polite and friendly. Even as cold as it was with feel like temps at 5°. Booked a mobile inspection through Instant Car Fix and it couldn’t have been more convenient. The mechanic came straight to my home, was professional, and walked through everything clearly. Perfect option if you’re buying a car sight unseen like me due to circumstances. Thank you Ryan B.
Driver showed up during time window…once arrived he explained the whole process and took pictures along the way. Once the job was complete he mentioned the details of the completed work and showed me the like new wheel rim. The quality was excellent and it was a fair price. I would use the service again and recommend their work to others.
Great experience with Instant Car Fix office and Mechanic. Mechanic was very thorough and explained in details the work he will be performing, he did a great job for 40k service on my car. Dealer quality service in my own driveway for less than dealership cost.
Very pleased. They fix the oil pan and two other oil leaks and swapped a engine. Thoroughly assessed the vehicle and suggested necessary repairs. Instant Car Fixed was very helpful. Since repairs took several days at other auto repair shops , they worked hard to complete repairs in a timely fashion since I needed my truck by a particular day.
The entire experience felt well organized and customer focused. From booking to completion, everything went smoothly. The mechanic was polite, patient, and clearly experienced. He explained the repair process step by step and made sure the issue was completely fixed. The convenience of mobile service made a big difference for me.
Simply Awesome experience ! Would highly recommend them for folks who really value their time and look for quality service . The service was smooth also pointed out other issues with my car which helped to take corrective measures .
I had an issue with my car starting even after jumping it. Sergio came and was able to diagnose the issue and even get the starter to work as a temporary fix enough to get my car moved. The price they quoted me to fix it was very fair for the part and labor even when compared to an auto store or elsewhere though I ended up trying to fix it myself. I also really appreciated how helpful the person on the phone was who gave me advice and scheduled us. All of this ended up being a better deal then towing my car to a shop. I haven't always had the best of luck with mechanics, but I am glad I was able to find these guys and would absolutely recommend them.
Very good experience!! We were traveling and when our car lost an alternator we were panicking. Acting on a friends tip we reached out and Gaurav and company treated us very nicely and we were all set in 4 hours with work that would have taken 3 times as much time and perhaps twice the money.
