My experience has been OUTSTANDING. Our BMW X3 needed a battery replacement. The Instant Car Fix mechanic came to our home, replaced the battery on the driveway, took pictures that he did work on this, and left. The mechanic was knowledgeable and courteous.

I live out of state and called Instant Car Fox to do a pre purchase inspection on a car I was looking at buying. The scheduling online was so easy and they sent a mechanic out within the hour, who texted me updates throughout the inspection and called me after to discuss and answer my questions. Called them and set up the appointment at 8:30,by 10:30 they had sent someone out to fix my tires. He was nice,polite and friendly. Even as cold as it was with feel like temps at 5°.
