Found the mechanic to be knowing what they’re doing. Professional as well. The service advisor was in constant contact and everything went very smooth & timely. I recommend diagnostics first followed by online scheduling for next day. Will use them again. One improvement - They could improve by providing their work warranty on their bill of sale as websites change over time.

I submitted a quote request and had almost an immediate response from Gary. He was quick to respond and answered all my questions. The price point was perfect much cheaper than a deal ship. I scheduled an appointment four days out and had the front breaks (pads and Routers) repaired today! Jeremy was the mechanic he was professional and friendly! All at work while I was working. No hassle of dropping my car off and needing a ride. I will definitely use them again.
Knowledge, helpful and not after you your money. I miss the call the first time and they still tried to work around my time to get a mechanic out. Yes it can have some wait time but that has to do with the nature of the job. Its convent, about 40 percent cheaper than the dealer offered and nothing they do is out of sight. Very transparent and timely work. I would recommend.
The tech who came out to my home to diagnose the problem with my Dodge Roadtrek RV was amazing. I had this 19 foot behemoth on the lawn where the gas co. needed access, and I could not get it to move. I hesitated to tow it, so found "Instant Car Fix" to come to my home. I wish I could recall the tech's name (it was 03/29/24), because he was such a delight to have working on the van. He diagnosed the problem and made me feel completely comfortable that he knew exactly what the issue was. Definitely putting "Instant Car Fix" in my phone for the future, and YES, I would !00% recommend!!
This service is very convenient and fairly priced, they won't rip you off like a dealership. I had a number of things replaced in the car that I thought was only possible at an auto shop but the mechanic was able to fix the car up on my driveway. The car was shaking, there was a loud noise and all of that is fixed now. Dealing with them is also a good experience as they are very responsive.
We had our car completely die on me on my way home from work. Bought a new battery thinking that was the issue. Turned out it was the alternator. Got a quote online and booked an appointment for the next day and to say I am amazed is an understatement. Our mechanic was absolutely amazing! Kevin was quick, but made sure he did everything correctly while being efficient. Kevin was very knowledgeable and obviously a master in his trade! I was very skeptical about trying this because I’ve never heard of anything like this but this whole thing saved me a lot of time, money and stress. I will definitely come back if I ever have anymore issues with my car. 10/10!
