I even emailed screenshots of my order which had both cars listed and they still tried to send two mechanics.

Lucy called and connected me with the mechanic and Bryan followed up afterwards. The mechanic wrote a detailed report, and took pictures. I wish I would have had a PPI done on previous vehicles. For me, it's worth the investment. It's better to spend a little and find out a lot versus spending a lot later because you knew very little.
