I googled Moble Mechanics and found Instant Car Fix! Not only do they come to you but they give you the option of supplying the parts! It sounded to good to be true. I went through the process, got a quote, chose a timeframe and entered payment details (a hold is placed to ensure you have the funds before service is provided), booked the service and prayed they could get the work done before I had to get the kids from school. The mechanic arrived within the quoted window frame and already had my tires off by the time I came out to give him the parts/keys. It took about 30 minutes total! Instant Car communicated when the mechanic was on his way, arrived and needed me outside via text message. It was very convenient, affordable and quick. Damien (sp?) the mechanic was very professional and courteous. He even discussed other concerns I will need addressed soon. We recently lost our mechanic we have had for 15 years because he moved down south. The rates Instant Car charged were about the same as my prior mechanics :) This service was a life saver! So, I called Instant Car Fix, and they responded immediately and scheduled for diagnosis within few hours. The technician was knowledgeable and had experience with servicing cars. He told me that the alternator was the issue and needs replacement. I went online and booked an appointment to replace the alternator and belt. When I compared the price, the instant car fix price was highly reasonable, and moreover, I liked the professionalism of the technician. The technician arrived on time with replacement parts of good quality and irrespective of that day being a scorching hot summer day, the technician patiently replaced the faulty alternator and fixed my car.
