On the day of my appointment, Rashad called me to inform me that my vehicle has a non-serviceable battery and instructed me to have my vehicle serviced at the car dealership. When I told him I couldn't get the vehicle to the dealership because the battery was dead, he told me about a battery reset button in my vehicle that would provide an auxiliary charge to the battery that would enable me to start my car. It did, and I was able to drive my vehicle to the dealership for service! Rashad then assured me that the fee I paid for a battery replacement would be fully refunded. The staff at Instant Car Fix truly deserves all of the 5-Star reviews they've received - the service they provide is outstanding!

He was polite, patient, and clearly skilled at what he does. The repair was done properly and tested thoroughly. I loved the convenience of not having to leave home or arrange transportation. They gave me a no-nonsense quote. They kept open lines of communication, which is a huge deal for me when it comes to customer service. We had our car completely die on me on my way home from work. Bought a new battery thinking that was the issue. Turned out it was the alternator. Got a quote online and booked an appointment for the next day and to say I am amazed is an understatement. Our mechanic was absolutely amazing! Kevin was quick, but made sure he did everything correctly while being efficient. Kevin was very knowledgeable and obviously a master in his trade! I was very skeptical about trying this because I’ve never heard of anything like this but this whole thing saved me a lot of time, money and stress. I will definitely come back if I ever have anymore issues with my car. 10/10!

I had a great experience with Instant Car Fix when J Mart came out to replace my starter. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. Not only did he get the job done efficiently, but he also made sure to clean up afterward and confirm that I was completely satisfied with the service. I appreciate the attention to detail and will definitely be requesting J Mart for any future repairs. Thanks for the excellent service!
Travis showed up and without hesitation jumped in and tackled my GTI's brake and rotor replacement using all oem parts. Service was quick and professional. He even cleaned my brake calipers and left them looking like new. Pleasure to work with and looking forward to the next maintenance task.
Honest people is what I want to say. I got a quote from dealership of couple thousand dollars. They suggested brakes, thermostat, control arm, serpentine belt on a car with just 40K miles on it. I got the car back and asked for instant car fix folks to estimate for all the OEM parts and labor. They came in way low in price. So i was very happy but still not sure about the service since this is new company. On the appointment date They came in with certified mechanic, he looked at brakes and said it still is at 8mm (vs 1 mm which dealership said). Thermostat is working perfectly fine, when I asked him to check control arm bushing, the mechanic was almost laughing. Guess what, they didn’t have to fix anything. The car was ok and more importantly these guys are super honest. They could have changed everything and charged me couple thousand bucks but were happy with just diagnosis fee. Can you believe these kind of honest company exists in marketplace. On the other hand I feel like suing the dealer.
