I had my doubts about this service, however I was very pleasantly surprised with how simple and easy it was to setup an appointment. Also the representatives are very communicative with you. They will update you regularly and keep you informed of any delays. Very very good and helpful service. The mechanic I had was very informative and transparent about the fix details, he arrived early and finished the job quickly. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. Not sure about the price but you have to pay an arm and leg sometimes to get the job done, I’m driving again and that’s all that matters
