They will update you regularly and keep you informed of any delays. Very very good and helpful service. The mechanic I had was very informative and transparent about the fix details, he arrived early and finished the job quickly. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. The work performed was replacing the HVAC blower motor on my 2008 Lexus RX 400h. Pictures show the broken strut that was replaced,

Got my van fixed and I can get around again so that’s all that matters. Had a good knowledge mechanic named Greg and he was very helpful and actually got the total job done in good time. Not sure about the price but you have to pay an arm and leg sometimes to get the job done, I’m driving again and that’s all that matters
