It’s a pretty straightforward process and the mechanic knows his stuff. I would not hesitate to use them again. I also got a belt replaced that I needed to do anyways. 10 out of 10. I love my SUV and they got to it right away and kept in touch throughout the process of waiting for parts and etc.
I had an issue with my car starting even after jumping it. Sergio came and was able to diagnose the issue and even get the starter to work as a temporary fix enough to get my car moved. The price they quoted me to fix it was very fair for the part and labor even when compared to an auto store or elsewhere though I ended up trying to fix it myself. I also really appreciated how helpful the person on the phone was who gave me advice and scheduled us. All of this ended up being a better deal then towing my car to a shop. I haven't always had the best of luck with mechanics, but I am glad I was able to find these guys and would absolutely recommend them.

Starter replacement and oil change in my front yard on a lowered 7 series BMW 750LI. The car is too low to take it anywhere to get the oil change so this service is highly recommended. It was absolutely fantastic technician (Alex) was very informative and professional while speaking to my wife and myself on the repair that was being done. The thorough follow up and communication was on point by the service manager (Gary) there was no work done without approval. All parts are there for your viewing. And less expensive than the dealer! Might I add the warranty on the job for service work is unmatched. Great company to work with and I will continue to work with them! Happy Customer!
