The only thing they could work on...I was told that I would be given a 30 minute "heads up" when my mechanic came to my house. I was not...I was called when the mechanic was already at my house. Not the end of the world. I was working from home so I could get him started on the work on our car. Much later in the afternoon, after the work was done on my car, I received a text that a mechanic was on his way to my location. No one every showed up...just noting for Instant Car Fix Inc that they should do a better job notifying clients of when mechanics will arrive. But the service was fantastic! I will use them again and I appreciate their services.
Instant Car Fix did a great job. They had to order a part from the dealership but kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. Manny came to my house on a Sunday and very quickly and efficiently fixed my headlight problem and installed a new wiper reservoir. They are not cheap but not too expensive for the services and the convenience they offer. I would definitely recommend them if like me, you can’t afford the time to locate a mechanic shop and leave your car for days to be repaired. Update: This company pretty much sucks when it . to pricing, timing, detail and response if a problem comes up after payment. Please take the time to read all of the reviews before hiring ICFix.
This was an amazing experience. I called the company and they were able to send out a technician the very next morning. Mike showed up, diagnosed, and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. He was courteous and professional. Not only that, the charge was very similar to what I would’ve paid, if not less, had it brought it into the dealership

It was absolutely fantastic technician (Alex) was very informative and professional while speaking to my wife and myself on the repair that was being done. The thorough follow up and communication was on point by the service manager (Gary) there was no work done without approval. All parts are there for your viewing. And less expensive than the dealer! Might I add the warranty on the job for service work is unmatched. Great company to work with and I will continue to work with them! Happy Customer!
Paid for a pre-purchase inspection on an out of state car, and the mechanic found several issues, including signs that the A/C compressor was going out. Have already set up another appointment with Instant Car Fix to look at another car I'm considering. They helped me dodge a bullet.
Knowledge, helpful and not after you your money. I miss the call the first time and they still tried to work around my time to get a mechanic out. Yes it can have some wait time but that has to do with the nature of the job. Its convent, about 40 percent cheaper than the dealer offered and nothing they do is out of sight. Very transparent and timely work. I would recommend.
So my alternator died on my way home from work Saturday night. I set up an appointment with Instant Car Fix at 11pm. The mechanic showed up Sunday afternoon and repaired my truck with no issues. On time service and professionalism.
