I had to get expedited service on the 4th no less and even though the tire was not repairable, the wonderful service tech stayed for about 20 mins until I could meet him to access my spare which he installed for me. This company was great to work with! I was able to book an appointment for the very next day at a time that was convenient for me! The mechanic was very professional and thorough! He answered my questions without talking down to me! I've had a couple bad experiences with mechanics telling me I needed work done that I didn't really need, so it was nice to deal with someone who didn't do that! I admit I was hesitant at first, but i needed new brake pads and didn't feel like driving to my mechanic out of worry of making them worse. But sure enough, someone came out (sorry I didn't get the name!), fixed the pads, gave some good advice, and no other fees..all in 45 minutes! I highly recommend this service, especially if you're in a time crunch.
