I scheduled brake service after my dealer said I would need to do it. I assumed that the rear brakes are what required service. When the technician came he checked the brakes and told me the rear brakes were as good as new. They serviced the front brakes on another appointment. My technician, Sergio, arrived right on time and I got a heads-up email when the ETA was a little over half an hour, as promised in the confirmation email I got when setting up the service call the day before. Sergio and his helper were fast, friendly, and professional, and the invoice I received by email shortly after the work was completed thoroughly documented the work, including photos of readings and measurements showing the expected results. And the expense was pretty reasonable, well worth it given this level of service. Would definitely use these folks again.
