I had my doubts about this service, however I was very pleasantly surprised with how simple and easy it was to setup an appointment. Also the representatives are very communicative with you. They will update you regularly and keep you informed of any delays. Very very good and helpful service. The mechanic I had was very informative and transparent about the fix details, he arrived early and finished the job quickly. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. They are cheaper than your average shop and have flexible payment options. Fantastic service.
I was alittle skeptical at first because I've never used a service like this before. After speaking with a very nice, respectful, and truly professional, I was so relieved!!! Got my van fixed and I can get around again so that’s all that matters. Had a good knowledge mechanic named Greg and he was very helpful and actually got the total job done in good time. Not sure about the price but you have to pay an arm and leg sometimes to get the job done, I’m driving again and that’s all that matters
The mechanic showed up on time. Removing my O2 sensor was a tough task. He did not give up! I would recommend this service if you do not want to leave the comfort of your home.
