The scheduling online was so easy and they sent a mechanic out within the hour, who texted me updates throughout the inspection and called me after to discuss and answer my questions. I had an absolute blast working with ICF. First, I called them to confirm that the problem I believed the cat had and Abdelkader showed up and in no time was able to confirm the problem was the throttle body. I then booked a second appointment for 2 days later and Abdelkader being the awesome dude that he is; he showed up an hour early and unfortunately I missed his calls. When I realized he had called, I called him back and he turned around and came back. He replaced the throttle body in no time and even gave me a ride to the parts store close to home to get a new air filter. The car started fine without issue and all the codes cleared out. I can’t thank this crew enough for everything. Would be great if they had a mobile app but I’m sure that’s in the works. Anyways, if you need a mobile mech, reach out to ICF. I researched other mobile mechanics in the area and the cheapest I found was $20 more than ICF’s price including parts and labor

But sure enough, someone came out (sorry I didn't get the name!), fixed the pads, gave some good advice, and no other fees..all in 45 minutes! I highly recommend this service, especially if you're in a time crunch.

I was, first of all, happy to find a place that does work at your house this far out of the city -- saving me days of having no car because it would be at the shop. Secondly, I was happy they allow you to get work done TODAY if you really need it, for a small added fee. Thirdly, the guy they sent, Sergio, did a great job, and explained many details. I was glad too, because this transmission needed a new filter and proper OEM fluid....I had the wrong fluid in (red/pink) and it probably was not doing this high-mileage Cherokee any good. I highly recommend these folks: Isaac who helped with the online scheduling via the phone; and Sergio, for the professional job he did. Instant Car Fix is a much-needed service for anyone in the area and the whole system is easy/quick to do online. Lastly, they do anything & everything for cars and trucks -- not just brakes, shocks & oil changes.....I highly recommend!
