The process of making an appointment was frustrating with a lot of hoops. The initial representative was rushed and placed the order before I could finish telling him that I had two vehicles that needed work. This led to some mix ups and they ended up trying to send two mechanics instead of just one. I even emailed screenshots of my order which had both cars listed and they still tried to send two mechanics.
Back in July my car was hit and the person left, so the day I took the car to the body shop the check engine light came on. and I thought who ever hit my car might have dislodged the fuel pump. So the bodyshop gave me a code and it was the Purge value. I used Instant car fix before for an Oil change and air filter, and the mechanic did a great job and I was happy with the service, I can say the same for the job the Mechanic did on Saturday July 31st, who showed up and worked on my car. Excellant work and I drove the car and everything is working great, when I hit the gas the car regained more power and it drives smoothly before I knew the purge value had started to fail. When I had to fill my tank and go start the car it wouldn't start right away, Today I filled my tank and my car started right up with no problems. Excellant service, and always an excellant experince. Thank you instant car fix for providing such a great service.

Starter replacement and oil change in my front yard on a lowered 7 series BMW 750LI. The car is too low to take it anywhere to get the oil change so this service is highly recommended.
