I’m really pleased with how smooth the whole process was with Instant Car Fix. The mechanic arrived on time, checked my car carefully, and explained what needed fixing. He worked steadily and didn’t cut any corners. When he finished, he tested everything again just to make sure the repair was solid. I appreciated his patience and attention to detail. This is the kind of service that makes car repairs much less stressful. Highly recommended.
Honest people is what I want to say. I got a quote from dealership of couple thousand dollars. They suggested brakes, thermostat, control arm, serpentine belt on a car with just 40K miles on it. I got the car back and asked for instant car fix folks to estimate for all the OEM parts and labor. They came in way low in price. So i was very happy but still not sure about the service since this is new company. On the appointment date They came in with certified mechanic, he looked at brakes and said it still is at 8mm (vs 1 mm which dealership said). Thermostat is working perfectly fine, when I asked him to check control arm bushing, the mechanic was almost laughing. Guess what, they didn’t have to fix anything. The car was ok and more importantly these guys are super honest. They could have changed everything and charged me couple thousand bucks but were happy with just diagnosis fee. Can you believe these kind of honest company exists in marketplace. On the other hand I feel like suing the dealer.
Excellent service! My 2016 GMC Terrain was losing oil and the engine was idling loud but there was no evidence of a spill on the ground. In an effort to eliminate causes, I started with a tune up and found oil in one of the spark plug wells. I needed a new valve cover gasket. I found the issue on Friday after work. I was able to book the appointment for Sunday between 11am and 3pm. The technician showed up at 12:45. Was efficient. Took pictures. Communicated well and was done in an hour. It was excellent service! I have 4 cars - 2 dispatched to my kids who are in two different colleges. I will be using this company to help maintain their cars as they live more than an hour from home.
The gentleman that worked on getting me a mechanic was very nice, efficient and communicated well. He kept me informed as as to when the mechanic was coming. Then when he would be arriving. Eli drove a long way to get here, but he immediately went to work until he accomplished the request. We were very pleased with his professionalism and efficiency. I’m glad I found this service. My car was unable to drive due to it overheating. A tow truck was too expensive for my budget. I found this site and made an appointment for the next day. Richard showed up within the time window expected. He was nice and professional. He replaced my water pump in a timely manner and got my car back up and running. Thank you so much Richard!
This was an amazing experience. I called the company and they were able to send out a technician the very next morning. Mike showed up, diagnosed, and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. He was courteous and professional. Not only that, the charge was very similar to what I would’ve paid, if not less, had it brought it into the dealership
