This company was great to work with! I was able to book an appointment for the very next day at a time that was convenient for me! The mechanic was very professional and thorough! He answered my questions without talking down to me! I've had a couple bad experiences with mechanics telling me I needed work done that I didn't really need, so it was nice to deal with someone who didn't do that! I booked this service with less than 24 hours notice, and true to their promise, they delivered with no delay. I live in another state, so I sent them to visit a cargo van I was interested in near DC. I was told by the seller the transmission had a "kick", so I asked them to pay close attention to it. The mechanic they sent, Lee, did a full inspection and took the extra time to give me a call and walk me through his observations on the overall condition of the vehicle, including the engine and the transmission, and the work that I'll likely have to put into it. They gave me enough info to negotiate with the seller and not overpay for the van. Would use them again 100%.
Half the price of the shop! They were great to work with showed up on time with the parts and did the work. Jay installed everything in my driveway and took the old parts with him. Your waisting $$ if you don’t use them
Ahmad came and replaced my alternator. He was extremely kind, fixed it in no tim, knew exactly what he was doing. I had a guy here for 3 hours trying to take it apart before Ahmad came and he had it out within 5 minutes

Had my vehicle start to overheat big-time while driving to the airport for a short trip recently. Was able to get into a parking garage but had check engine light on and smoke coming from under the hood.. Took careful note of parking location, used a CE light reader to get at least a starting point for the mechanic, left the hood unlatched, and contacted InstantCarFix the next day. ICF completed both a diagnostic visit and a repair visit to my car while I was away so I came back to a working vehicle. Cannot say enough about this service!!!
