Excellent service! My 2016 GMC Terrain was losing oil and the engine was idling loud but there was no evidence of a spill on the ground. In an effort to eliminate causes, I started with a tune up and found oil in one of the spark plug wells. I needed a new valve cover gasket. I found the issue on Friday after work. I was able to book the appointment for Sunday between 11am and 3pm. The technician showed up at 12:45. Was efficient. Took pictures. Communicated well and was done in an hour. It was excellent service! I have 4 cars - 2 dispatched to my kids who are in two different colleges. I will be using this company to help maintain their cars as they live more than an hour from home.

I had a lovely experience with Instant Car Fix! They got me scheduled within a couple hours and actually came the night before at 9:00 to get it done! Estimate was 2 hours but Justin got my car fixed in just over 1!! Excellent service and customer care, will definitely be contacting them again on my next problem!

I’m happy with the service I received. The mechanic was respectful, professional, and very thorough. He explained what needed to be fixed and why, then completed the repair carefully. He made sure everything was working properly before packing up. The experience felt smooth and reliable, and I appreciated the convenience of mobile service.

I had an absolute blast working with ICF. First, I called them to confirm that the problem I believed the cat had and Abdelkader showed up and in no time was able to confirm the problem was the throttle body. I then booked a second appointment for 2 days later and Abdelkader being the awesome dude that he is; he showed up an hour early and unfortunately I missed his calls. When I realized he had called, I called him back and he turned around and came back. He replaced the throttle body in no time and even gave me a ride to the parts store close to home to get a new air filter. The car started fine without issue and all the codes cleared out. I can’t thank this crew enough for everything. Would be great if they had a mobile app but I’m sure that’s in the works. Anyways, if you need a mobile mech, reach out to ICF. I researched other mobile mechanics in the area and the cheapest I found was $20 more than ICF’s price including parts and labor

My hybride car battery was dead after back from the two weeks vacation. Originally I was help by my neighbor’s car to jump start my car. I saw my info center screen flashing couple times eventually turn blank and the battery stop charging and looks dead. I was completely lost what’s going on and worried other potential issues…! Hence, I was calling my friends and mechanic for help. They all said that the hybrid electric system different from traditional combustion engine car. They have no knowledge on new model hybrids car battery system. Recommend me to bring back to the dealer. The problem is my car cannot move. Hence I google around and find the Instant Car Fix Inc. it can send certified mechanic to my house. That’s perfect fit on my case. I call them immediately, originally I was hesitating, but better than call the toll truck to toll my car back to the dealer. The company quickly send a very professional experienced mechanic to my house within 5 min. He start up my car and inspected my car battery condition plus diagnose my car other area to make sure no other issues. The mechanic so professional and very patiently to listern your descriptions of your car problem before starting the diagnosis your car issue. I was told by a shop I didn’t need rotors but my brakes were stuck. I called Instant Car Fix and a mechanic showed up and explained that with stuck calipers my brakes were constantly engaged and for sure heated my rotors and there was a high probability they were warped and explained that replacing the rotors along with the bad calipers and worn brakes is the only way to go and be safe. Don’t go with backyard mechanics or a shop that tells you different. If you brakes are stuck and overheating the rotor, be safe to yourself and other drivers Replace the rotors along with the calipers and brake pads. It’s a lot cheaper to replace rotors while it’s already being serviced than it is after it’s all back together. INSTANT CAR FIX IS NOT OUT FOR MONEY. THEY ARE OUT TO KEEP YOU SAFE. No shop would have explained all that. They would have waited for you to come back and spend more money on warped rotors. These guys are honest and professional and care about the safety of the customers and other drivers. THESE GUYS ARE THE ONLY WAY TO GO. 110% SATISFIED.
