Excellent customer service. Sergio was very knowledgeable and clearly explained each step to us. The front desk was very helpful in addressing a parts related challenge. All work was completed the same day.
Very happy with our service. Kirk was on time, efficient with time, very thorough, even let us know about future services we would need. Took about 2 hours (we got both brakes fixed). He even had my husband test drive the car to make sure the job was done! We will definitely use Instant Car Fix again and recommend it to family and friends.

The mechanic was super friendly, had my spare on in a flash, and even checked the other tires. He was professional, quick, and incredibly helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough! Especially as a female! Not only was I treated with respect, the mechanic spent time with me to explain things! He went, what I would consider, above and beyond!!! I would use this guy as my mechanic for the rest of my life! If somebody could contact me so that I can give him a tip I would greatly appreciate it I'm going to try to get in touch with them right now. Thx again. I heard about this place through a friend of mine. When I looked into them I seen the raving reviews looked at the pricing the fact that they come to you made it easier as my brake pads were bad so I didn't want to drive it anywhere to cause more damage. Long story short Steve got here on a Sunday morning around 10:40 am and he was done with my brake pads by 12:00 pm the guy was here in a timely manner, he was very cool respectful and very knowledgeable . He even had me test drive it to make sure the brakes were good before he left . I will be using them for all my car repairs best thing since sliced bread.
Overall, Instant Car Fix exceeded my expectations with their affordable prices, expert service, and transparency. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs. I'll definitely be using their services again in the future!
Back in July my car was hit and the person left, so the day I took the car to the body shop the check engine light came on. and I thought who ever hit my car might have dislodged the fuel pump. So the bodyshop gave me a code and it was the Purge value. I used Instant car fix before for an Oil change and air filter, and the mechanic did a great job and I was happy with the service, I can say the same for the job the Mechanic did on Saturday July 31st, who showed up and worked on my car. Excellant work and I drove the car and everything is working great, when I hit the gas the car regained more power and it drives smoothly before I knew the purge value had started to fail. When I had to fill my tank and go start the car it wouldn't start right away, Today I filled my tank and my car started right up with no problems. Excellant service, and always an excellant experince. Thank you instant car fix for providing such a great service.
